Day 7 post-op – Very happy with the clinic, but quick question about a small gap on the hairline
Hey everyone
,
I'm currently at day 7 post-op and honestly super happy with how everything went and how the overall result is looking so far.
I know I'm probably nitpicking and overthinking this, but I noticed a tiny spot along the hairline where there don't seem to be any implanted grafts, which leaves a small empty-looking gap (see pictures).
Is this kind of irregularity normal for creating a natural transition, or should there have been grafts there?
Would love to get your thoughts.
Thanks!
Does this (little) area look under-grafted to you?
Hey guys, I’m a few days post-op (Day+5) and noticed a slight gap/lower density in the circled area. Does it look missing/under-grafted, or is it just normal spacing/swelling? Thanks!
Day 1 post-transplant, how do you manage not to scratch during the night?
I'm almost tempted to tie my hands. 😂 I'm a little afraid I'll scratch myself without realizing it. Any ideas?
Result breakdown: 3,566 grafts (8,513 hairs) over 2 days in Athens
URGENT : Need Help to know if frontal line is good or no
My procedure is scheduled for two days, so for the moment we've only worked on the hairline. 1820 grafts were taken for that area. She's also been able to start working on the surrounding area a bit. It's in the middle, but it's not finished yet. 1820 grafts could have been better, but apparently there are several hairs inside, so the ratio is pretty good, from what I'm told. Now we need to see what the other part of the donor area is like, how many grafts hey can collect today
Help with choosing a post-operative cushion
Hi!
I'm having a hair transplant soon and I'm trying to choose the best neck/travel pillow for the first 7–10 days after surgery, both for sleeping at home and for my flight home.
I'm currently considering these three options:
Cabeau Evolution S3
SNUGL Memory Foam Travel Pillow
KÖHAIR U-shaped Memory Foam Pillow
My clinic told me that the most important thing is to keep my head elevated and avoid any contact or friction with the grafts. They also mentioned that pillows with very high sides may not be ideal because they can push the head forward.
Has anyone used any of these after a hair transplant?
Which one would you recommend, and why? If you think there's an even better option than these three, I'd love to hear your recommendation as well.
Thanks in advance for sharing your experience!
Ps : for hat, it sound good ?
Aero vs Aeon vs Xeno -Does the Aeon still make sense?
Hey everyone,
I’ve been following Nosfet's lineup closely and I'm looking to get the community's updated thoughts on how their current lineup compares: the Aero, the Aeon, and the new Xeno.
Now that the Xeno is out, it feels like it's taking over a lot of the spotlight for high-performance riding. On the other end, the Aero is widely praised as the ultimate lightweight, nimble, compact city wheel.
Sitting right in the middle, it got me wondering: Does the Aeon still have a legitimate sweet spot today, or is it squeezed out between the Aero and the Xeno?
What is the moder. euc who is similar to the ks18xl ? (In height) ? Aero, Aeon ? Picture comparative ? Thanks
reddit.comAnyone downgraded from the Nosfet Aeon to the Aero? Regrets or pure happiness?
Hi team,
If you made the switch:
Are you happier with the Aero for daily/city use?
What were your main reasons for downsizing (weight, ergonomics, agility)?
Do you feel like you "stayed wise" and preserved your back/joints, or do you miss the raw power of the Aeon?
Would love to hear your experiences before I make my choice!
Thanks!
Calling all tall riders (1.90m+ / 6'3"+): Aero vs. Aeon for daily urban commuting?
Hi everyone,
I’m looking specifically for feedback from the taller riders in the community (1.90m / 6'3" and above).
I’m currently facing a massive dilemma trying to choose my next daily city wheel for a dense urban environment (city tight spaces, cobblestones, and stairs). I ride 100% pad-less, love agility, and I am currently torn between the Nosfet Aero and the Nosfet Aeon.
If you match my height and have owned, tested, or spent significant time on both wheels, I would love to get your definitive choice for city use.
Specifically:
The Aero: It looks like the perfect agile size, but at 1.93m (6'4"), I am genuinely terrified that the trolley handle is going to be way too short, leading to back pain during daily errands. How do you find the ergonomics when walking it?
The Aeon: It fixes the trolley issue and adds amazing safety headroom, but at nearly 30kg, does it feel like an absolute cumbersome tank when navigating tight city streets, crowds, and stairs? Or does its performance outweigh the weight?
If you had to pick just one as your definitive "do-it-all" urban companion, which one are you keeping?
Thanks for your insights!
Thinking of putting a Michelin City Grip Saver on the Nosfet Aero – how does it handle camber/city riding?
Hi everyone,
I’m currently riding a Nosfet Aero and I'm considering swapping the stock tire for a Michelin City Grip Saver.
My riding is almost exclusively urban commuting (city streets, asphalt, bike lanes). Since the Aero is a 15-inch wheel, I'm really looking for something nimble but stable on pavement, especially when things get wet.
For those who have tested this tire or a similar setup:
How does it feel for daily city riding on the Aero?
Is it sensitive to camber (road tilt / slope)? I want to avoid that annoying "tramlining" effect where the wheel tries to pull sideways on slanted sidewalks or uneven asphalt.
Would love to get your feedback before hitting the buy button. Thanks!

After 8 years of riding, I’ve never struggled this much to choose a wheel. MCM5 V2 replacement dilemma (Aero vs. Aeon vs others in Paris)
Hi everyone,
I’ve been in the EUC game for about 8 years now, and I’m facing a major dilemma. I've never struggled this much to choose a new wheel.
I just sold my Begode MCM5 V2 after 4 loyal years because the batteries were getting old. Before that, I owned a Gotway Tesla (which I still consider the absolute perfect size for an EUC) and a Gotway MSX.
Here is my profile:
Location: Paris, France (dense urban environment, cobblestones, tight spaces, stairs, multi-modal transport).
Rider specs: 1.93m (6'4") / 83kg (183 lbs).
Style: I ride 100% pad-less. I love agility and a clean look.
My MCM5 V2 was my absolute daily driver. Even though I looked huge on it, that wheel felt like a true extension of my legs. I took it everywhere: public transport, quick grocery runs, picking up packages, going to client meetings... It was perfectly discreet.
Today, replacing it feels like a nightmare because the market has changed so much:
The Begode A2 seems like the logical small replacement, but spec-wise, going from a 1500W motor to a 1000W motor makes no sense to me. I'll overpower it instantly.
The Begode A5 could be an option, but at 23kg without suspension, it feels like I might as well get the Aero instead.
This time, I want to treat myself. My MCM5 only cost me €740 back then; it wasn't the "best" wheel on paper, but it was the one that perfectly fit my life.
Right now, I’m stuck between the Nosfet Aero and the Nosfet Aeon to be my new "do-it-all" city wheel.
The Aero looks like the modern, suspended soulmate to my old Tesla/MCM5 setup.
But at 1.93m, I’m worried the trolley handle will be way too short and painful to use. On the other hand, the Aeon solves the trolley issue and offers that amazing 150V safety headroom.
To be clear, range isn't really a concern for me. I mostly do short trips and plug the wheel in every night, so even a real-world range of 50km (31 miles) would be more than enough. As for speed, I usually cruise around 38km/h (23mph), occasionally pushing it to 42km/h (26mph).
However, at nearly 30kg, I'm genuinely terrified the Aeon will feel like a cumbersome "motorcycle" rather than a nimble micromobility tool in the streets of Paris. To give you an idea of my daily routine, I have a few flights of stairs to carry the wheel up just to reach the elevator on the ground floor (see pictures), and I have to tackle the exact same stairs again once I get to my apartment floor.
For those who know Paris-style riding, or those who made a similar jump from lightweight legacy wheels to the Aero/Aeon generation: What are your thoughts? Is the Aeon too much of a tank for daily errands, or does the Aero lack the "punch" a rider of my size needs?
Thanks for your help!
