I am sourcing out a complete website design and development project to an experienced, reliable WordPress Developer & Designer on a strict contract/project basis.

The copywriting for all 14 main pages (plus essential supporting pages) is 100% finalized, structured, and ready to be handed over. Your job will be to take this copy and completely handle the visual layout design and WordPress development from scratch.

The standout feature of this project must be a highly engaging, high-performance 3D or animated Hero Section on the homepage that sets a premium, cutting-edge tone.

Project Scope & Deliverables

• Full Design & Development: Turn the completed copy into a cohesive, premium layout across 14 main pages and required supporting pages.
• Advanced Motion/3D Integration: Build an immersive, animated, or 3D hero section on the homepage. Experience with Spline 3D, Lottie, or GSAP (ScrollTrigger) within WordPress is highly preferred.
• Technical SEO & Schema: Set up clean semantic HTML structures and implement basic Schema Markup (JSON-LD) to ensure solid technical SEO foundations.
• Optimization: Keep the site incredibly fast and perfectly responsive across all mobile, tablet, and desktop devices, ensuring 3D assets don't bloat loading speeds.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of verified professional experience in WordPress web design and development.
• Deep familiarity with advanced page builders (Elementor Pro, Bricks, or Gutenberg).
• A solid portfolio demonstrating interactive motion design or 3D web canvas integration (please provide live links).
• Clean coding/development habits with a strong grasp of responsive design and Schema SEO basics.

Engagement Details

• Type: Contract-based / Project-based outsourcing.
