I’m old, in my 50s. I gave up on Call of Duty. Helldivers came to Xbox, sold. I tried playing with my son, but he was more into killing me and laughing. I went solo.

About 3 months ago I was struggling to solo lvl 4 missions. I would watch YouTube and see guys soloing super helldives. I’ll never be able to, I thought.

With much determination and the shirking of responsibilities, this past week I got to lvl 10, completed an operation, took out a factory strider convoy, and completed an eradication mission.

It’s possible, brothers in democracy. Never give up.
