I’m looking for private room/roomate
Hii! My name’s Loretta, I’m 31, and I’ve been living in NYC for almost 4 years. My current lease is ending, so I’m looking for either a private room or a roommate situation starting June 1st. My budget is around $2,000 max, preferably somewhere in Manhattan.
A little about me: I work in retail, love to travel, stay pretty busy, and I’m usually out and about most nights. I’m social, outgoing, responsible, and very clean. I enjoy having a chill, comfortable home environment.
I’d love a roommate I can occasionally hang with, but I also totally respect personal space and independence. Biggest thing for me is cleanliness and being considerate/shared-space aware. Just clean up after yourself and we’re good 😂
I’m also very open-minded and hoping to live with someone who is easygoing, respectful, and nonjudgmental.
