I basically need an ELI5 explanation or else it’ll go over my head!! I recently got my PAP measured and it’s 6 1/4” right and 1/4” down and the ball layout is 100 x 3 5/8 x 60. Oil slightly tracks over my middle finger hole if that means anything. What does this all mean?!?

For some context I throw 2 handed at ~13mph 350rpm and I usually have to play very far right, playing on at least 30 90% of the time or else my ball goes left. I was wondering if it’d be worth redrilling as well. Any additional knowledge would be appreciated thank you!!

Edit: This was my first ball awhile back and the PSO that drilled it didn’t ask or measure my PAP and just took hand measurements and sent me off!

For some context I've been in one league in the past but now a casual house bowler averaging around 175 throwing ~13mph but thinking of joining another one. My knowledge on layouts/coverstock/technical stuff is very limited so please educate me!

The current balls in my sack are:

Purple Solid Reactive (100 x 3 5/8 x 60)

Purple Hammer Urethane (100 x 3 5/8 x 60, it looks like the same placement)

Ebonite Maxim plastic ball (drilled centered of the USBC text)

Not sure if it providing layout matters but my PAP is also 6 1/4'' right and 1/4'' down (idk what that really means but I just recently had it measured but any further insight is greeatly appreciate ty!!
