Is this battery and inverter good?

Is this battery and inverter good?

This is the quote that the guy gave me. I don’t know much about solar but i wanted to know whether these prices are good or not and any insights would be appreciated. We already have a 12kw solar panel setup with a local inverter

My father (54) had a moderate to severe hemorrhagic stroke which affected up to the basal ganglia according to initial reports about 6 months ago, which left his entire left side paralyzed. Since then, he’s had some reasonable recovery in his leg, but his arm still has very limited movement. He can move it back and forth in just one direction with the help of his shoulder but that’s just it. He can’t move it up and down or left or right and most of the time his fist is clenched up-to his stomach. His hand is mostly a clenched fist and he cant open or close it. His arm also becomes extremely stiff and it causes him a lot of pain just to move it from his usual clenched fist to his stomach position.

This has been really hard on him emotionally the lack of hand function affects him the most and has made him very sad and depressed. Regarding treatment he takes blood pressure medications, anxiety mediations and pain management medications NSAIDS. We take him daily to a rehabilitation center where he does exercises for both limbs For hand he does exercises where he picks up sticks with the weak hand and put them in holes, hand cycle, hand wheel, and similar other exercises but so far his arm or hand hasn’t made any recovery in contrast the lower limb has and continues to make small improvements but maybe thats because it has some movement in the first place.

I wanted to ask other stroke survivors, caregivers, physiotherapists or experts: is arm and hand recovery still possible at this stage? And if so, what kinds of things (therapy, exercises, tools, etc.) actually helped improve arm and hand function? Any practical working tips, advices or shared experiences would be much appreciated. Thank you.

▲ 10 r/stroke

Hi everyone,
My father (54) had an ischemic stroke about 6 months ago that affected his basal ganglia and involved some bleeding.
Since then, his entire left side was impacted. He’s regained some movement, he can move his arm back and forth and can walk with a cane, but his left hand still has zero movement. Basic things like getting up or turning himself are really difficult for him.
The hardest part right now is his mental state. He’s having severe anxiety attacks almost every day and says things like “I’m useless” and “just kill me.” It’s really scary to hear, and I don’t know how to help him.
I’m trying to support him as much as I can, but I feel lost.
Is this level of anxiety common after a stroke?
Is there anything that actually helps reduce it long-term?
What kind of treatment or support should I be looking into?
Any advice or experiences would really mean a lot.
Thank you.
