Got a Verizon QR cell phone codes that open a CAMS workflow like standard but this time when you get to the first line that requires you to scan the QR code again, it’s not accepting it. Had this happen twice and had to tell each customer to contact Verizon. Anybody else experience this or having this issue? These ones have never given me an issue before

Had 7 FedEx return codes and labels show up since I’ve clocked in about 2 hours ago and 3 were in a row. I get the USPS confusion as annoying as it is. But 3 years at this place and for the life of me I cannot understand how something will tell you to go to FedEx and your brain tells you to go to the UPS Store.
