I have the Pod 3. It still works great. My biggest issue is that, out of the blue last month, it started giving me false statistics. Like I’m sleeping for 15 hours every day. I worked with support and they told me that they can’t help me and that I must upgrade to a pod 5.
Why?? It cools and heats still perfectly. Them sending me texts as, “good morning!” At 11 pm and tracking me asleep for 15 hours shouldn’t require a 2200.00 update.
Has anyone else out there had this issue?
