What exercises do people recommend?

I've been playing more competitively with people who hit the ball hard and extend the points longer.

This is causing me to have a stiff arm and upper body the morning after.

What exercises, warm ups and cool downs do people recommend to avoid stiffness in the arm, elbow and shoulder?

Any advice is appreciated.

The winning teams feel like a rock paper scissors in terms of matchup (metagame)

The top teams from Europe and US feel like a game of rock paper scissors.

Arsal Charizard Venusaur won the first US regional with Wolfes Ttar, Steelix team second

In Europe, Marcos perish trap won with Louis Delphox and Floette setup team second.

Marcos team aside as I'm a firm believer that perish trap is a player skill diff not just metagame. The other three seem to beat won another on paper. Wolfes team struggles in to the Charizard and Venusaur team because venusaur does so much damage into his team. However it is well suited to beat setup teams with the pivot of incineroar and sinistcha. Whereas that setup team would do well into the Charizard Venusaur team.

Obviously player skill at this level makes a huge difference but having played with the teams amongst my friends we found it to be a rock paper scissors and same when we played on showdown and game ladder when against those and similar matches today.

Thought it was a cool meta thing and I've seen this over the entirety of SV as well

What's everyones favourite duos in the format in champions right now?

Outside of a combination making up the 5 of basc, garchomp, sneasler, kingambit, incineroar?

As a fan of mega Gengar, I like alolan ninetails and mega gengar, for the ability to shut one Pokémon down.

I also like mega Scovillian and kommo-o with soundproof. After one or two soul boosts it does great damage
