My humidifier is in tent using regulat water this white stuff appeared on the bags , could it be from the humidifier

so i had my first successful run with speedrun seeds, grew 1 terp sneeeze and 2 frosted cherry os , the 3 completely filled my 3x3 with 2 240w lights that i had to remove 1 of them.

the two in the tent kept growing i got about 14oz total which is great but i would say a lot of it was airy smaller buds. when looking at my canopy under the tops almost no light was able to get through and both plants were fighting for space.

im thinking of growing 1 and hoping to lst this time to give the lower sites more room to grow, does this make sense or in general more plants will always yield more ? im looking for a good yield but also having almost all thick dense nugs, whats the best way in a 3x3?
