I need help with my friends game choices

Okay this will be a very weird one because I'm using a microphone to type this out but I would like some help choosing a game for my friends to get started on to sort of break this cycle of loading and play games that I have kind of dubbed them I don't exactly know what you'd call them but their games like Minecraft schedule 1 rocket League stuff like that where there's no story there's no objective there's tutorials it's very easy to play and you just load in and start playing it and my two of my only friends who have video games this is all they play and it's really hard for me to find something else for them to play because they play it once and then never play it again for example I suggested Baldur's Gate 3 and Helldivers 2 to both of them so that we can all play that together and they ended up playing it once and then never playing it again and to one of them I even suggested Elden ring so he could try and get into a bit of more challenging game and he played that only once as well and could understand when I say you just needed to run around he has no sense of adventure so to speak and I constantly needed to tell him where to go because he was getting confused when I said "it doesn't matter if you see a place just run to it" so would like some suggestions on games that could maybe ease them out of this that are potentially multiplayer or even single player doesn't really
