So, am I eligible for the UPSC 2028 attempt? My birth date is before August, but I’m not sure whether I’ll receive my graduation degree before the Mains DAF, which is also around August.

If anyone from JNVU private colleges is here, please tell me when you usually get your graduation completed/degree issued so I can plan my preparation accordingly. Because if I don’t graduate before August, my first attempt will probably have to be in 2029.

So there was this question If the stars are seen to rise perpendicular to the horizon by an observer, he is located on the:

a) Equator

b) Tropic of Cancer

c) South Pole

d) North Pole

But the answer can be either of them no? Cuz it the observer is standing at the tropic of cancer and the star's path is just above above/ parallel vertically so don't you think that can also be perpendicular?
