Is ralts a creature of the sky?

I was wandering around in pokemon za looking for shiny creatures of the sky, when i walked by a ralts that started flying to get away from me. So i thought... is ralts a applicable team sky pokemon?

[9] I was at an outbreak, I ran out of Herba Mystica and was at max odds for the outbreak. I reset this isolated spot for just over an hour until I counted 16 on my screen, safe to say I’m happy

It looks so good, I’ve been so many outbreaks and have probably missed more than one of these guys, glad I can stop now 💔

I drew Team Sky Mikey! 💚🪽I’m really hoping this does well because it’s my dream to be noticed by Mikey since I idolise him so much, he’s one of the only YouTubers I watch consistently without getting bored or distracted :)

This took me around an hour 40 minutes to complete and I am very happy with the results! :)
