I've been trying to shiny hunt a Chinchou in Crystal on and off on an emulator for the past 4 months

What I think I've been doing wrong is I saved in front of the Day Care man, and if the egg I hatched wasn't shiny, I would reset my game and try again. Today, I didn't do that and just grabbed more eggs without resetting the game, and after 45 minutes, she showed up

In panic, I named her football, but I'll probably change it to Vercetti

So over a year ago I wanted to replay my Pokémon Ultra Sun, and thought it’d be cool to have a shiny starter for my playthrough, and I got this Litten. Got busy with my studies, so never really touched the game since. Today I launched the game and on my first encounter I got this shiny Alolan Rattata. I’m so pumped and really want it on my team, but I don’t know about having a second dark type. Maybe I should run a full dark team.

I started this hunt on 2021.

Sport ball shiny Scizor has been a dream shiny of mine for close to a decade now and to finally go after it, and get it on phase 2 feels amazing. Won’t be evolving quite yet, may use this as a team member on a Platinum play through

I’m shiny hunting in the ultra worm holes in Pokemon Ultra Moon and I’m staying in there until I catch every shiny legendary Pokemon! I caught these three and just caught #4 in a Friend Ball and named him Helix!!!

This was 40 encounters after the quagsire 😐 it fled tho so… im scared that im looking at a pretty long phase now that i got three shinys in one day.

Unexpected shiny here. Obviously was hunting it but I had a random urge to do some more resets for this before I dive full into safari and got it. I'll be using this and keeping it as a Dewott for the full playthrough of my shiny memory link white 2 run. Eventually it will end up in legends arceus so I can have a shiny hisuian samurott from gen 5!

Now that I finally found a shiny ralts after 34 hours and 611 Dexnav encounters I can move on to the first gym🥳

The Ralts is a male with modest nature. Should I still envolve him to gallade or go with guardevoir.

Next shiny will be an eevee with the masuda methode. Pray for me that I'm not going crazy while running around in circles. I've never been really patient while breeding, but I want an shiny Eevee before the seventh gym🤞🏻

Forgot to take a picture before evolving him since I was so excited. Been hunting since December. He's the 5th member for my shiny only run. I'm going to hunt for Riley's Riolu next.

I guess that the wooper that ran last week evolved and came back. I fear that I used all my shiny luck before safari week but its a cool fun shiny. Now I have 4 shiny woopers in platinum :D

Phase 4 for totodile hunt . The longest phase I have ever had shiny hunting ever.i have 4 ds with controller mod and have been hunting with 4 ds since last phase ( cyndaquil ) . Over 45,000 seen pokemon. 15,286 resets . And the third chikorita I’ve found so far . On to the next. Named it Jr.
