I have been breeding these feebas forever to try and get 3 flawless IVs. This is the best I have so far with the def and special defense being perfect. Should I just use what I got or continue to try and grind for the HP or SpA?

Bought sapphire off eBay, and these were in the computer. There's no way these are legit, right?
