My neighborhood is usually bustling with decorations for the holidays. Now, only about 10% of the homes are decorated. Guess it’s a sign of the troubling economy.

I’m asking because I received collections notice from Pioneer but when I call the Treasury Offset, it shows I’m not in their systems.
