Meningococcal B Vaccine

Has anyone started the Meningococcal B vaccine a bit later? Basically bub is 4 months old and we didn’t know about the vaccine until last month. I mentioned it to GP
and he’d mentioned something to do with waiting until six months old and she will get one less dose but everywhere I’ve searched it’s still two doses with 6 weeks, 4 months then the booster at 12 months old. What happens if we start at 4 months? Has anyone done it this way?
I’m thinking about seeing GP in two weeks and just asking for the vaccine and clarification on when baby will get these vaccines as I’d like her to have a dose before she starts her swimming lessons and more interactions with other babies her age. (I’m in WA so we have to pay it here if we choose to do it but my GP didn’t mention it and I only found out from child health nurse)
