Hi I posted this on another Reddit post but I’m making it here too to get some attention.

I need help, I have an old chair with basically no cushion. I’ve tried over and over and I keep finding these chairs with arm rests that are flat and look incredibly uncomfortable, I put my elbows on my arm rests like one should but they hurt and so I need some recommendations from people for a chair that good for your back AND your elbows that hopefully won’t break my wallet

Hi, I’m reaching out hoping to get some info about the conservation training. I heard that it 6 months on a training camp and then another 6 stationed. But I’m having some pretty bad anxiety about the whole process, if I’ll be aloud to have my phone, how often I can visit my girlfriend, what days am I supposed to be training or if I’m even allowed to at all. Can someone with some experience tell me about the process please
