We are doing major renovations to our home (demolition down to the studs and replacing all windows etc) as well as building an addition. I plan to install Smartwings in every window that's getting touched. Looks like my hardwired options are 12V DC, AC, and PoE. What's the best option and why? I'm assuming PoE but I'm open to any suggestions. What are the benefits of AC or DC?

Also are there any diagrams available that I can provide to my GC to explain how to set it up? I want a perfectly seamless, invisible installation that just looks like normal blinds.
