How would you work on undoing the Himbo Dick characterization that is present in the recent canon material that DC has put out through the last 5-10 years (arguably even before then)?
Some people believe Watters’ run on Nightwing is too dark or not in-character for him. What are y’all’s thoughts on this take?
How would you undo the misconceptions that Dick/Kory were just a fling/sexual or that they were just the relationship that Dick learned and grew from before he got with Barbara (I don’t believe this, but other people do)?
Some Barbara fans believe the reason why she’s so criticized as a character is because she’s a female character and not a male character (like Bruce). What I find interesting about this take is that Bruce and Barbara share some of the same flaws. They both can be stubborn, manipulative, possessive, arrogant, and over-bearing. I’ve always found this take weak because if anything people are increasingly critical of Bruce.
If Dick and Barbara do break up, how often (or none at all) would you want her to be mentioned/make an appearance in his life/book afterward? I don’t think it’s out of the realm of possibilities that they could break up.
With Dick and Kory’s personalities/characterizations how do you think their strengths and flaws would come out (in their current dynamic) if they were to get back together? How would you address Dick’s former actions with his other exes and Kory? Would you retcon those out or?
If you magically had the ability to get Dick out of the bat-editorial completely, would you?
With all of the DickKory hints/crumbs that DC has been putting out, do you believe that (if not in the main comics) there are elseworlds/games/movies being planned with them?
When Kory is no longer appearing in New Titans/Nightwing do you think she’ll be given a mini/maxi/on-going series that will correspond with her upcoming animated series?
