⚠️ WARNING: My Experience with Heidi (WhatsApp: +86 188 1891 4175)

I’m posting this because I lost over $4,000 USD, and I don’t want anyone else to end up in the same position.
This is a very simplified version of facts. I know I’m not the smartest in this transaction but this person gained my trust after multiple transactions and then switched up on me. Also when I started this bag journey I was new and had no idea of trusted sellers lists. I was excited to even find these rep communities and read through some reddits and found a number for a Heidi who has great Chanel. Looking back it was probably the seller promoting themselves.
Anyway, after about 5 bags the downhill started with some expensive defective merchandise. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was told I would have to send additional money in order to fix the problem as the factory wanted to see I would continue to be a serious buyer and then I would get more merchandise including the replacement for the defective merchandise. After that, I was told the PayPal account was “frozen.” She wanted me to send amounts to another account that didn’t add up correctly but chalked it up to the language barrier. I let it go.
Months later I tried again to see if the account had been unfrozen but it wasn’t and was then instructed to send more money through a different account because I was told that was the only way my refund could be issued.
I followed those instructions because I was repeatedly assured my refund would be sent. I asked how long would she process the refund once I transferred and she said within 15 minutes.
That refund never arrived.
Over the following days, I repeatedly asked for updates. Asked for my PayPal and eventually I was told the refund method “can’t be passed” and was asked if I would accept the product instead and I agreed.
After that, communication effectively stopped. Despite numerous follow-up messages, I have not received the promised resolution.
If you are considering sending money to the person on the other end of this WhatsApp number (+86 188 1891 4175) be careful. It’s a bait and switch.
I hope sharing my experience prevents someone else from losing money and sanity.

I might get roasted for this but I just don’t get all the trivia programming. While I love trivia, I think DCL has the ability to hold lots of other activities rather than multiple trivia’s a day. I have older teens 17-20 and this age group, while difficult to entertain at times, is missing quality programming on the ships. My teens aren’t interested in coming aboard any longer. I know they have a group that meets once a day for coffee but it’s really lackluster. Please don’t kill me. Honestly here to get more ideas because I really want my kids in that age group to be able to join. Help. 🙏

Edit: Adding for context. I also have a 5 and 7 year old who are obsessed with DCL/oceaneers club and we would love to take a trip where the whole family can enjoy themselves and together. Last two cruises I left the 3 older kids home but I’d really love for them to join.
