I'm currently looking at a used Bambu Lab A1 Mini (standalone, no AMS Lite) and wanted a sanity check on what a fair offer would be.

Details of the machine:

Model: Bambu Lab A1 Mini (Standalone)

Runtime: ~72 days of print hours (~1,728 hours)

Included Extras: 2 extra build plates [carbon fibre and sparkles] + power cable and stock accessories.

Condition: Cosmetically good, fully functional .

Given that brand new units run around [₹20,500 / $199], what would you consider a reasonable price to pay considering the ~1,700 hours of runtime on the motion system and extruder?

Would appreciate your thoughts on a fair buying range vs. a deal where I should just buy new. Thanks

I'm an engineering student looking to step into the world of 3D printing. I am hunting for a secondhand, working Creality Ender 3 V2 or an Ender 3 V2 Neo. I want this specific platform to learn the mechanical fundamentals, tweak the firmware, and upgrade/mod it over time as a learning project.

• Budget:
  • Ender 3 V2 (Stock): ₹6,000 - ₹6,500
  • Ender 3 V2 Neo: Up to ₹7,500 - ₹8,000 (depending on condition)
• Location Preference: Face-to-Face (F2F) deal in Mumbai region.

Since shipping a heavy, fragile printer is a massive hassle and a risk, I prefer a local pickup. I can travel to meet up anywhere in the Mumbai region, check that the axes move smoothly, verify the bed/nozzle heat up correctly, and carry it back myself.

Even if it has a minor issue (like a clogged nozzle or an unlevel bed) that you don't want to bother fixing, I'm happy to take it off your hands as long as the core frame, motors, screen, and motherboard are completely fine.
