Why this always rough surface look

Why AMS2 Pro gear teeth is so strong to the filament

OR this is normal from extrusion pinion ⚙️?

I am using ABS for this print. Everything is looking like a successful print to the eyes, however, it broke even when I am holding it to remove it from the brim and plate.

IT IS NOT MATTER OF WEAK AREA. THE WHOLE PART IS WEAK.

I attached the photo of the filament and the piece in the comments.

1st Q - How to make this extrusion as attached.

2nd Q - How to enlarge XYZ Origin TINY WINY coordinated... in FreeCad 1.0.2... they were LONG.

I am using Mac Silicone - FreeCad 1.1.0
