Recommendations for Clinical Dental Programs in India for Foreign Dentists

Hello doctors

I’m a dentist licensed abroad and looking for clinical programs, courses, or attachments in India with a high workload and patient flow, mainly to develop my clinical skills and gain more hands on experience.

I’ve heard there are some good programs in India for foreign trained dentists. Has anyone here had experience with any of these programs or can recommend one?

Also, is Indian dental licensure compulsory for joining these types of clinical programs or courses?

Shades by Niko

I just tried almost all flavours of shades. They're easily one of the best gummies I've eaten, especially the strawberry ones. But I can't help think of how awesome cola flavour would be.

I feel pain and I don't know what's wrong.

26F. I have been experiencing pain from time to time. I can't localise it, but it hurts so much and it doesn't quiet down. It makes me cry, sometimes I feel like if I talk about it, it will get better but I have no idea what to say or to who.

It's so painful it makes me cry and makes my head hurt. It is a crippling pain and it affects my life, for example, I know I can't keep a full time job or any situation that requires consistency, because I know this pain is no stranger to me and I genuinely can't bring myself to be okay or to leave the house.

Mentally I rarely feel stable, some days I'm okay but many days I'm just tolerating life and my purpose became to just create a tolerable day and it's so hard.

My chest and throat are the most places I can localise the pain to but it's also in my muscles. They always feel fatigued, I can't do any group sport when I feel like this because of the pain and it's impossible to hide and I don't like appearing to people with such a dark mood.

My sleeping is very inconsistent with timing and duration, I either don't sleep much or sleep too much. It feels like I'm at the urge of crying even after crying.

I've been to hospitals and did all sorts of tests because I've been struggling with irritable bowel syndrome symptoms and all of the tests are clean. I've seen a therapist for a while and I felt a bit heard and seen with her, I really felt like she was a very good listener but I didn't feel like the pain was properly addressed. I know it will reoccur even if I feel okay. I get a sense of existential dread very often, especially when nothing is occupying my mind. Which is why I like to keep myself busy with studies or training but some days it's too strong to ignore. I feel physical manifestations from these pains and it's real, I don't know how to explain it or prove it or deal with it, I just tolerate it. I'm suffering.

My physician has referred me to a psychiatrist saying that he suspects anxiety after doing all other tests but I'll be seeing the psychiatrist next year. I would like any input on how I can cope.

I realise that this is a very lengthy post so I'd like to address my appreciation and thank you for reading.

I would appreciate any help or input.
