How much is compound w supposed to hurt?

I kinda panicked and lifted it up for a second after use, but placed it back down for what I think was the full 20 seconds of freezing. It doesn't really hurt at all, and it looks and feels like a minor burn, like placing your finger over a lighter for a split second. I'm worried I messed up and didn't do enough.

Any tips for combating anxiety caused by low cortisol?

I have a blood morning of 3.7 (granted this was taken at 11 in the morning and not 8). I can't get ahold of my endo and will probably have to get a new one. In the meantime, what can be done to manage anxiety caused by this? I try and eat every few hours and I think moderate exercise helps after a while, but Idk what else.

Thank you

Unreasonably light headed from markers?

Copic markers make me lightheaded and disassociated. Even from a minute of use, and I’d feel strange for half an hour after using them. Im very sensitive to things, but I’m also a very anxious person. so I sometimes wonder if I actually placebo myself into thinking the alcohol fumes are affecting me.

So I guess I’m asking if this is something that can reasonably happen to sensitive people. I had just used my copies the tinyest bit to shade, and I felt strange for nearly ten minutes. But that can’t be possible right?

Has anyone else woken up late at night and felt super dizzy trying to stand?

I have a cortisol level of 3.7 morning. And for around ten years I've had problems with waking up at night and being extremely dizzy for hours sometimes. I have to just lay flat until it goes away, although I can lift my head slightly. I used to think it was a vertigo problem, but now I'm wondering if it is hormonal. I also have problems during the day with just standing or simple exorcise makes my anxious and dizzy.

I was playing maybe 5 hours a day, and I think it made my anxiety kinda resurge from going overboard. Even when I would stop playing sometimes my mind would be calculating my next deck I was creating. I though this game would be a lot saver to overindulge on because it wasn't some crazy fast pace shooter like I would destroy my brain on beforehand. But I think it still did a number on me from the constant mental strain or something

Has anyone else had issues finding eye care monitors that are not absolutely humongous? Other then having a gaming oriented monitor, I think its the 24 inch size that might be killing my eyes. Do anyone else think screen size can contribute to strain? Or would a good monitor be fine at any size without flicker etc?
