Am I over reacting? Can I claim against their insurance?

Condo parking spot next to mine is against a wall and a blue Prius has started parking in it - badly. They seem to struggle to park near the wall and end up way over to my side of their spot. I reacted by parking my RX as far to the other side of my spot without pissing off the car parked the other side.

Despite that, today when cleaning my RX today, I find my previously immaculate car has multiple small chips and dents. I'm gutted as I take a lot of care over it.
