I wanna apply to LSE for Politics but I’m afraid that my predicted grades may not be competitive enough

I haven’t gotten them yet but the entry requirement is AAA, if I got A*AA predicted do I still have a chance of getting in?

If not then is there anything I can do that could make me more competitive?

Has anyone who retook year 12 gotten offers for courses like PPE, economics or Law at top Unis?
(specifically LSE, KCL, Oxbridge, UCL, etc)
