So I'm almost done making drums by the end of may and They sounded so good I'm inspired of the 2000s and late 90s music it's loop drums and thats ok

And. Now the issue is the sounds for the chords and melodys I need a soundfont

I'm new in making music I already learn how to make my own drums I'm still learning chords and melody I'm just confused of what Is mastering is. They said ones you done making the instrument vocals etc and mixing the final steps is mastering ?
