I'm looking for a first-person indie horror game (modern graphics, fully voiced in English) that CaseOh played, possibly as part of a multi-game horror video.

What I remember:

• You play as a young man.
• The setting is a dirty apartment building.
• There's a friendly elderly woman who lives there, and I think you do her a favor earlier in the game.
• The antagonist is a dark-haired human serial killer.
• At the end, the killer corners you in the apartment building.
• The old woman comes up behind him and knocks him out with a frying pan/skillet, saying something like "Leave that sweet young man alone!"
• It immediately cuts to outside the building where the police have arrived and arrest the killer.

Does anyone know the game or the CaseOh video?
