Damage Inheritance

Does anyone know how Arrow Storms proc’d by a Skill cast are categorized by the system?

I want to know which buffs to avoid if they’re not actually providing the buff to the system I actually care about. I’m using the Arrow Storm-generating variants of Forceful Arrow and Barrage but what I care about is what will enhance the 12 physical damage ticks that come from the Arrow Storm.

I feel like it’s pretty clear that buffs to the following categories would then buff the generated Arrow Storms (Arrow Storm Damage really can’t be anything else so that one is a given):
• Physical Damage
• Damage to Vulnerable
• Damage to Crowd Controlled
• Damage to Incapacitated
• Damage to Healthy
• Damage to Injured
• Damage to Trapped
• (basically anything that counts as damage to state)

What I’m unsure of is whether buffs to Core/ Basic Skills and Marksman Skills carry to the Arrow Storms those Skills generate. I suppose Arrow Storms could be considered their own category outside the triggering Skill - but I can definitely see the sense in an AS being considered a Marksman event for obvious reasons. I could argue that they should be tied to the Skill class that triggered them; but still think that’s the most unlikely category. Although, my guess is that concept may confuse people if they’re conflating the Arrow Storm them with their triggering Skill.

If anyone thinks they have this information absolutely figured out, or if I’m missing some important facets in my question I’d appreciate having your knowledge imparted.

I built a really cool Rogue engine in S11 that effectively bypassed the RoA cooldown using a combo of Beastfall Boots, Tibault’s Will, and the Preparation Rogue Specialization. But the S13 update tweaked many of the concepts that made it run and now I’m big sad and back to the drawing board.

Anyone else get similarly nuke-nerfed into the dirt by S13 changes?
