SAMe and Ashwagandha/L-theanine combination?
I currently take 200-400mg/day of SAMe, and I want to add something to help with sleep and cortisol. I've read about the risks of combining SAMe with prescription antidepressants (eg. serotonin syndrome), but I can't find any specific info about combining it with Ashwagandha or L-theanine.
Is anybody able to weigh in on this?
