Hey everyone!

My friend and I (both mid 20s) are heading to Dublin for the first time from Friday to Monday. We're staying in a hostel to keep things social, but we would appreciate some advice on good spots to meet new people outside of our accommodation.

We definitely want to experience pub culture but we'd prefer to find places that aren't strictly tourist traps like Temple Bar and stuff. Are there any specific places known for younger, friendly crowds? We're also both pretty interested in live music, if it's an option.

Aside from that, we'd love general recommendations on "must-see" sights and locations to visit since we're only staying for a few days.
