what do you mean an associate had to call me to ask if a customer can return an in stock item and how long they have? and when I said 90 days, the dude asked “how do you know that? where do you see that?”

how do YOU not know the basic corporate return policy? and then he wanted to transfer the customer? then wanted to report me for not allowing him to? idk.

I should report him for not knowing the basics of his own job.
