Coastal beach find, Scotland

Hello, I found this old looking bone on a beach in Scotland and now I'm a little concerned by how thin it is. Before I call the authorities, can anyone reassure me that it's definitely NOT human??

I have found partially fossilised cow and horse teeth in the same location before, in the intertidal zone, just for context.
