How long and how did you get to a 405 Bench?

I am currently at 335. Don't specifically trained for it. I have had a 385 Bench in the past, but I was younger and much heavier. I have gotten a 540 Squat and 660 Dead, and just feel like I'm missing out on not having a 4 plate bench (maybe stupid, but whatever).

I am currently looking at Smolov Jr to help get me there, but just open to hearing any other processes or methods that worked for you in the past.

Thanks.

How to change circadian rhythm to wake up later?

For the longest time, I have been working Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm. I would be in bed by 9pm, asleep by 9:30pm, and up at 4:30-5am. Gym, then work. Love this schedule, and my body seems to love it as well.

Due to a union strike, I have been forced to work 3pm-11pm Sat-Wed (exempt employee). This means in bed at 12am. But, I can't seem to sleep past 5am. My body just naturally wakes up, and I can't seem to extend it. I am tired all the time, and it is affecting my life big time. I am napping every day for 20 mins around noon.

Most of the time I just lie there until 6am and then get up. It is not a light or darkness thing, as I have a sleep mask and noise machine.

It is now day 6 and I feel like I am slowly losing my mind. How can I shift my sleep to waking up at 7 or so? Is it just a matter of time? I am taking 400mg mag glycinate and 50mg trazodone at 11pm. Thanks.
