I found a marketplace listing selling the complete set of The flying Dutchman for like 25 Dollars ... Which is insane but beside that the old man sent me a photo of the figures that he is selling with the set. If you look at the top left, am I correct in saying is that King Midas?

I am not asking for him to retake the photo for he is a grumpy 80 year old man but regardless I am getting the set next week
