I just can't get lines straight and I'm iffy on the color. I liked the idea of an ivory look. Maybe copper or silver is better. Some oil to give it texture definitely helped. Using this guy as a test run. Will probably stop him and try again.
Edit: thanks y'all for the advice. Didn't expect so much attention! after 24 hours away from it, I'm definitely liking him more. I'll go down a route of less brown. I mixed ivory with little bit of brown. I'm also going to get some silver for the weapons. I want silver weapons, especially for my Vanquishers. I might try mixing some of the Dark Iron paint with silver to lighten it up. I'll definitely post some progress pics in the upcoming weeks!
I have Stormcasts and it seems like I can't do jack all to the Gravelords. Trying to attack hard in the first turn with my Prosecutors, even giving them a double attack with my Lord Vigilant, they just do nothing at all and die. My Liberators get wiped out by the skeletons and then those just come back. I can't stop the big horse guys from running around unless I'm in combat with them but they just slaughter everything, even with ward on some things. Just feels hopeless. Any tips?
They have a movement of 5 and Krondys has 12. How could I help the keep up with him so they can give him that sweet sweet ward 5+?
Figured out this game has dragons in Stormcast. I think I want Krondys and two of the drake units to reinforce with. Is this a bad idea? Too many points in too few units? New to the game, starting to understand strats. I hear Stormcast has good mobility and that's their strength, so I'm thinking if I can have high mobility with these flying dudes, I can smash some infantry or get over the chaf walls.
