ICICI Misled About Activation Vouchers. Customer Support Now Denying Eligibility

The application process involved filling out a form, after which an agent called me and completed the rest of the application over the phone.

Both on the website and during the application call, they clearly mentioned that activation vouchers would be provided. It has now been 2 billing cycles, and I still haven’t received any vouchers.

When I contacted customer support, they now claim that my application was “not eligible” for the offer as the card is LTF. I also have the call recording where the agent mentioned.

What are my options here? Is this something the RBI Ombudsman would actually help with, or is it considered too minor of a case?

Is this normal for Amul Paneer? Its almost brown in colour

Smells little funny as well. Instamart denying refund saying its within expiry date. Can I go ahead eat this?
