I have a 500 Mbps plan with Spectrum and wasn’t satisfied with their router so I bought this one. I’m really enjoying it but on the app it’s showing 19-40 kbps even though on my speed tests I’m getting about 480 Mbps. I was wondering if it’s just an app issue/glitch ?

Also I have an indoor security camera and the bitrate is so low that the quality of the stream looks blurry. I didn’t have this issues with the spectrum router. Looks like it’s receiving just minimum wifi speeds. I have turned off Smart connect and it’s connected to a 2.4ghz WiFi. Anyone else found a solution to this issue ? Thanks everyone!
