Hey everyone,

I’m looking for a full 2BHK in a gated society near ETV (Bellandur/Sarjapur side).

I recently checked out Mana Capitol on Sarjapur Road, honestly loved the society and vibe, but it’s coming out a bit too expensive for me.

My budget is around 45k max (including maintenance).

If anyone has any leads, owner contacts, or knows of similar good societies on the same side of ORR, please let me know. Trying to avoid going through brokers as much as possible.

I have received a verbal offer from a company I have always dreamed of working for, and I expect to receive the official offer in 1–2 days, with a joining date of 25th May.

If I decide to leave on Day 2 or Day 3, what’s the better approach :

• Should I formally send a resignation email to my manager, or
• Is absconding common in such early-stage situations?

Will the notice period still apply if I leave within the first few days?

What’s the best way to handle this?

FYI: I have only attended the induction program so far; Haven't met my manager in person

If I ask the second company to change the joining date, it will take more time to release the offer as the approval process will need to go through again.
