Hi guys, this will be my 3rd bloodstock however this year due to needing a new tent i ordered the bundle that fat franks had an offer on at the end of april. This is my first time ordering with them. My concern comes with the fact ive recieved no order confirmation but have been billed. Ive sent an email to the contact us email and recieved nothing back. Is this normal? Do i just go up during the festival and give name no order confirmation or should i be concerned?
