Need advice: Honda CB350RS wobbling issue still not resolved after multiple fixes

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some advice regarding a persistent wobbling issue on my Honda CB350RS. The bike is only 11 months old, and despite multiple visits to the Honda BigWing service center, the problem is still there.

Here's everything that's been done so far:

First visit: They adjusted the cone set (steering head bearing), test rode the bike, and told me the issue was fixed. However, the wobbling was still exactly the same.

Second visit: They kept the bike for an entire day and later told me the aftermarket crash guard was causing the wobble. According to them, after removing the crash guard, the wobbling disappeared during their test ride.

I then went to the shop where the crash guard was installed, had it removed, and took the bike for a ride myself. The wobbling was still there, especially between 60–100 km/h.

I returned to the service center again. This time they said the front tire was the problem. They fitted a wheel from another CB350RS for testing and claimed there was no wobbling. Based on that, they approved a warranty replacement for the tire.

I got the new MRF tire installed through the warranty claim.

Unfortunately, even after replacing the tire, the wobbling issue is still present.

At this point, I'm really frustrated because nothing has solved the problem. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with the CB350RS? If so:

What was the actual cause?

How was it fixed?

Is there anything specific I should ask the service center to inspect (wheel balancing, rim runout, steering stem, suspension, alignment, etc.)?

I'd really appreciate any suggestions or experiences from other CB350RS owners. Thanks in advance!
