Ram prices nowadays?

Hey All,

I have a DELL latitude 9410. (8gm, 512gb ssd) I wanted to buy it with extra ram and storage but only got the storage upgraded as ram was not available at the time.

I wanted to know if ram prices are normal again or are they expected to rise?

Also, how is the Honor Magic series? Comparable to Intel i5 10th gen?
