My husband dropped his 24 Motorola Razr plus on the hinge and the inside screen basically ripped off the hinge and the inside screen is toast. We've gotten his replacement and are trying to factory reset his broken one before we send it back.

Is there any way from the front screen that we would be able to factory reset it? I've tried seeing if I could add a shortcut to his settings on that screen but we can't. Tmobile rep tried to get him to just send it back as is but all his banking and personal info is in it so we really don't want to send it back like that.

Is it possible or will we just be stuck sending it back?
