Hi, just want some advice on how best to contact British Gas for this. I moved into a new house and tried setting up Octopus as my electric and gas supplier, I provided them with a meter reading. I've now had an email to say the existing supplier has cancelled the transfer to them as supplier. How do I contact British Gas without being a user and also without having to setup my supply with them I'd rather it all through Octopus. Thanks
