For my 10th birthday, way back in the 1900s (1987 to be exact) I received a Seiko Mickey Mouse Watch. It was my first analog watch and it was gifted to me by a lovely and absolute class of a lady, my Step-Father’s mother.

She always treated me like a part of the family and went out of her way to make me feel included. I loved this watch and didn’t take it off for over a year. It was lost in the fifth move it survived and I was able to track one down.

One of the most inexpensive watches I own, yet I think it’s my new favorite.
