Is this a cockroach nymph? Found in a clump (of others) under my pillow after I felt a larger bug run down my arm

I just changed my sheets and laid down for bed when I felt a larger bug run down my arm (looked to be about 1/4in, dark color). I got up quickly and checked around only to see a bunch of these spreading out from my pillow, coming from a single clump. I picked em all up with a paper towel and got a few pictures but now I can't seem to get back into bed

Are these cockroach nymphs? I live in a second floor apartment in Louisiana and haven't had any major issues with bugs so far. I haven't found any more after this one clump and it's been about an hour of me checking around the room. No bites on me, nor any visible droppings

What is this bug? Found in a clump under my pillow after I felt a larger bug run down my arm

Just changed my sheets and settled in for the night when I felt a bug, around 1/4in and dark, run down my arm. When I went to check it, I found a bunch of these on my bed seeming to come from a clump deposited under my pillow. I freaked out and picked them all up with a paper towel but found this lone survivor and took photos

I live in a second floor apartment in Louisiana. Never had any significant bug problems and haven't found any other bugs in my bed since this incident. No bites, either
