I just changed my sheets and laid down for bed when I felt a larger bug run down my arm (looked to be about 1/4in, dark color). I got up quickly and checked around only to see a bunch of these spreading out from my pillow, coming from a single clump. I picked em all up with a paper towel and got a few pictures but now I can't seem to get back into bed

Are these cockroach nymphs? I live in a second floor apartment in Louisiana and haven't had any major issues with bugs so far. I haven't found any more after this one clump and it's been about an hour of me checking around the room. No bites on me, nor any visible droppings

When I went to check it, I found a bunch of these on my bed seeming to come from a clump deposited under my pillow. I freaked out and picked them all up with a paper towel but found this lone survivor and took photos

I live in a second floor apartment in Louisiana. Never had any significant bug problems and haven't found any other bugs in my bed since this incident. No bites, either
