Dark Fantasy QR Promotion Feels Misleading?

Has anyone actually won anything from the Dark Fantasy QR code promotion?

I bought 3 packs mainly to try the promotion, but every scan just redirected me to the same WhatsApp bot without any meaningful reward or points. It feels confusing because it doesn’t seem connected to genuine multiple purchases.

Did anyone here get actual prizes or benefits?

Zepto Delivered Wrong Product and Claimed Store Was “Unserviceable” While It Was Accepting Orders

I ordered Fine Touch cigarettes from Zepto, but they delivered a completely different pack (Indimint). When I contacted support, they initially closed the chat and asked me to email support separately.

After multiple follow-ups and sharing proof, they finally agreed to a replacement. But then support emailed me saying the store was “temporarily unserviceable” and they couldn’t arrange the replacement.

The strange part is that at the exact same time, the Zepto app was fully active at my location and accepting new orders within 6 minutes delivery. I’ve attached timestamp screenshots as proof.

I’m not even frustrated about the wrong product anymore — mistakes happen. What’s frustrating is the misleading responses and the amount of time wasted just trying to get a simple replacement for their own delivery mistake.

Has anyone else faced similar issues with Zepto support recently?

Ordered Fine Touch from Zepto but received a completely different product. Support first closed the chat, then asked me to email them, and now they’re saying the store is “temporarily unserviceable” for replacement while the app is actively accepting orders from my location at the exact same time. I even shared timestamp screenshots. Extremely frustrating customer support experience.
