xull damage superstance worth using?

is this stance worth running for xull? am recently coming back to brawlhalla as a previous xull main lol.

will bumpers wear out faster if I use them as triggers?

im using a dual shock edge controller and was wondering if it would wear out the controller more, happened on a regular ps5 controller for me (this was over several years tho)
