Can someone please suggest the better option for rental income investment, let’s say if I am looming to invest around 1cr and expecting 50 to 60k as rent. I am looking for genuine sellers and interested in standalone or commercial spaces. Just worried about the initial promises on rental and long term problems that someone can face. Also open for suggestions in better ways for rental income investments in Hyderabad.
